During the rental phase, you also have access to our INTRANET (available 24/7) with all the information you need: visit reports, emails sent/received, calls made, schedule of visits, next visits already scheduled, ...

Of course, our office manager as well as the adviser in charge of the follow-up of your file will also be able to answer all your questions.

First of all, the lease must comply with regional provisions.

Indeed, the law has recently been regionalized. Each region has promulgated its own decree so that a lease in the Brussels region is not suitable for the Walloon or Flemish region and vice versa.

Second, the lease must include provisions to govern a variety of situations such as:
